Payment Policy for Doers Application
1. General Payment Terms
a. Doers is a labor market social media platform that facilitates transactions between service providers and clients.
b. The application is free to download and use for both service providers and clients.
c. Creating profiles, posting jobs and services, and browsing the platform are all free of charge.
2. Fee Structure:
a. Doers charges a service fee of 10% of the total transaction value only when the service provider receives payment from the client.
b. The service fee is deducted automatically from the payment made to the service provider.
3. Payment Processing:
a .Doers integrates with secure and reliable payment processors to facilitate financial transactions.
b. When a client hires a service provider and agrees on the service terms and pricing,the payment is processed through the Doers platform.
c. The platform securely collects the payment from the client and holds it until the completion of the service.
4. Disbursement of Payments:
a. Once the service has been successfully delivered by the provider and confirmed by the client,the payment is disbursed to the service provider.
b. Before the disbursement,the applicable service fee of 10% is deducted from the total payment.
5. Dispute Resolution and Refunds:
a. In the event of a dispute between the service provider and the client regarding the service quality or delivery, Doers may intervene as a mediator to resolve the issue.
b. If the dispute cannot be resolved and a refund is deemed necessary,Doers will initiate the refund process according to its refund policy.
c. Refunds, if applicable,will be issued to the client after-deducting the service fee.
6. Financial Reporting and Statements:
a. Doers provides transparent financial reporting to service providers, enabling them to track their earnings, service fees, and transaction history within the platform.
b. Service providers can access their financial statements and reports through their Doers account.
7. Changes to Payment Policy:
